Summary: Really cool dance once you get to know it
Comment: I've never been a big dancer, or excersiser but I started to get fit about a year ago and don't consider myself fat. For me this video was fun and easy to follow. By my second veiwing I could remember and perform the whole routine and am getting more presise at it everyday. As long as you have no serious joint or weight problem I can't see why you can't have fun with this. I know I did. Yes the presenters are American and enthusiastic but despite their cheesy utterances of "I feel the burn, yeah" I think they're quite motivational. And look out there's some definate flirting between those two fit presenters. The only downer is the lower body excersises usually involve weights and without going through each repetition I never have the motivation to do them.

Summary: Great High Impact Workout!
Comment: This MTV Grind Workout is an excellent high impact workout to contemporary upbeat music. The presenters teach the viewer an entertaining dance routine, step by step. The dance style is modern, and many of the moves could be used in a dance club scene. While practicing the moves and the final dance, the view gets an excellent workout. A great way to get a work out and improve your dance moves!

Summary: Dreadful!
Comment: This is perhaps the worst fitness video in the world - certainly the worst I've ever bought. Lasting a whole 50 minutes, it consists of two annoying "presenters" and a "posse" of whooping dancers doing what they laughably call exercises way too fast for the poor at home viewer to follow.
The cover makes a big deal about the music, but you can hardly hear it, and its terrible anyway.
Avoid at all costs!

Summary: great dance workout
Comment: A nice workout video if you like to dance. It doesn't get boring like a lot of other videos. I now have two 'the Grind' videos and I love them.
