Summary: My most used Global knife
Comment: I have about 20 Global knives, all excellent, but this knife is the one that I use the most. It is a convenient size for most jobs and I like the balance of the knife in the hand. After use, I always clean the knife immediately and use the ceramic steel to maintain a keen edge. All the knives are stored in a wooden block, so that they are immediately available and sharp. If you can't afford a lot of knives, but want a really good, practical workhorse, then this must come high on the list.
