Summary: This Is Just What The Dr. Gamecube Player Ordered!
Comment: I used to own a few Nintendo Gamecube Memory Cards because there's just not enough memory on some Memory Cards to store the required data onto!
This was going on until I came across this Memory Card, which can store up to 251 Blocks of Data! I thought to myself this is just brilliant and what I need to store and keep all of my Nintendo Gamecube Data on!

My Grade For The Memory Card: 8/10: Enjoyable, Fair-Play, Thumbs Up

My Wish: Sometimes I do find that when I transfer data from one Gamecube Memory Card to another, the Gamecube may not allow me to move or copy data from one Memory Card to another! The most typical reason is "This Data Cannot Be Copied!" or "This Data Cannot Be Moved!" I only wish that all Gamecube games allowed users to transfer data between 2 Memory Cards without problems!

Final Comments: Overall, I am chuffed that I've found a handy Memory Card with the right size Memory! Of-Course, I wouldn't mind that 64MB Memory Card but I guess that just would be me being greedy!

Summary: Essential
Comment: Don't go for thrid-party cards - stick with Nintendo! As usual, its a reliable accessory, and has plenty of memory. I'm suprised they released a memory card that had around 50 blocks I believe, as that just wouldnt be enough. But I think 251 is fine, and I've had no problems as usual - excellent quality!

Summary: Not big enough
Comment: To be honest I've never really had any major problems with 3rd party memory cards but I've had a few problems saving to games like 'Giest' and 'Burnout 2' so an official memory card is an essential buy. You know that with an official card you won't have any memory card problems but you'll have to pay more. It's also the only memory card I know which will actually fit inside Gamecube cases.

There is an official 1015 blocks (64MB) Nintendo memory card but it never came out here due to incompatibility with some PAL games which is a shame because unless you are a casual gamer this 16 MB card won't be big enough for you.

Summary: Avoid third-party memory cards
Comment: All I can say is only purchase official Nintendo memory cards. I was unfortunate enough to have a third party card, and lost all my data after about 20 hours gameplay. I wasn't too pleased when I had to repeat it all over again. The official cards never go wrong, but in my experience it is the norm for unofficial cards to become corrupted. If you want to spend less on an unofficial card, go ahead, but one day you will lose all your data and wish you had taken Nintendo's advice.
BTW. I believe the card with 1019 blocks of memory wasn't released in the UK as there was a problem with it. Best to go for the 251 block version.

Summary: just what you need
Comment: This is just what you need for the cube. It has adequate space for around 20 of the standard cube games, and it can hold around 5 of the larger titles such as Harvest Moon or Animal Crossing. Although this is a great card I have found a better one but it is only available in America or Japan. It is a 1019 block official gamecube card and i dont know why nintendo did not release it in the U.K. But I plan to import and I advise others do to.
