Customer Rating: Summary: Rubbish. Complete and utter rubbish!! Comment: Don't buy this game if you are under 40! Strictly for non gamers and people who have a resting heart rate of 20bpm. Yawn. I have no clue what the other reviewer are raving about. You basically float around looking at boring fish. It would be more fun if a whale or big shark chased you around a bit. I really wish I had saved my cash!
Customer Rating: Summary: Relaxing game Comment: Brought this game - hubby was a bit unsure if he would like it, thinking it was aimed at those ie the wife who doesn't do "shoot them up" games! But WOW we both fell in love with this game, and have spent many a happy hour together unwinding after work playing this game.
Well worth getting if you just want a game to help you chill, but also to expand your knowledge of life under the ocean! This knowledge certainally helped the hubby when he won a quiz based on his knowledge of life under the ocean!
Customer Rating: Summary: Lovely game, but not for hardcore Comment: I think this game is great, but its definitely not for the hard core gamer market. My six year old also loves it, she's played it the most (some 20 hrs in a week). There is a plot to it, and some tasks, but on the whole they are both relatively simple. The fun is finding & identifying the sea life and seeing what animals will turn up on your boat. The "ocean" can get a bit familiar - its all basically tropical reef & white sand - although there are some "features" like a cave, ruin, deep raveen etc. We can all identify a load more breeds of sea life than we could before. Definitely worth the price. Very relaxing to just drift about in the sea for a while after work!
Customer Rating: Summary: Endless Ocean? Rubbish. Don't buy it. Comment: I got this game a few months ago, it is nowhere near as good as I thought it would be. I had to rate it 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give any less. It's uninteresting, boring, no action, I like a bit of action, like shooting, etc. All you just do is swim around. I traded it in for the game Family Ski, which is what you'll be doing after a week of boring swimming on the Wii. Just get Wii Play instead. Get Mario & Sonic at the Olympics instead. JUST DON'T GET ENDLESS OCEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: A hugely engrossing diving simulation game, though it wont be to everyones tastes. Comment: Now i bought this game a few months back as it is sold as part of the "touch generations" series of games which are meant for the casual market and sell for budget prices, i have to say im pretty impressed with it.
Basically this game requires you to search for many different aquatic creatures across a huge game map ranging from coral reef's to dark caverns and it is done with a high level of flair, it does everything it sets out to do. Though if you like your fast paced games i suggest you give this a miss.
Pros: Great visual effects
Nice Control scheme
Long lasting game, a slow burner
Cons: Some people will find the pacing far too slow
Not to everyones tastes.
