Summary: A perfect cup ... every time.
Comment: I bought this kettle after months and months of online and instore research, with one minor blip being that I bought a metal / trendy looking kettle prior to this which graced our kitchen for no more than two weeks as it was awful having to drink metallic tasting tea or coffee. We decided to steer clear of metal and look only at glass or plastic and we came across this one... again more research and finally we purchased it.
It has only been four weeks but it's been lovely, it's quiet, it's easy to maintain, it's a perfect cup of tea or coffee every time; couldn't really ask for more. Now it's just to see how long it will last but I am also a huge Bosch fan and realised that I now have the kettle and the washing machine; maybe a fridge next ... ha ha ha.

Summary: The best water filter kettle on the market
Comment: When I was pregnant I loved to drink black earl grey tea mornin noon and night! The water in our area is so hard I bought a water filter kettle. It was bulky, heavy and now after just 12 months it needed replacing. I searched high and low....I found a good few but did not see why I had to pay over £50.
This beauty arrived within 48 hours. It is great. I prepare my daughters sterile bottles with the water and it tastes just great. It looks good too. Light and sleek and a quick boiler.
Buy it now. You will not regret it.

Summary: You can't fill via spout!!
Comment: Ordered this several days ago and it arrived (using free delivery) in 2 days :-) The only gripe i have is you cannot fill using the spout you do need to lift the lid, which opens smoothly and is easy to do.
Bosh is one of my favorite brands I have bosh dishwasher, washing/drying machines and a fridge freezer, they all have been well used and have lasted with no problems (touch wood). So when it came to selecting a new kettle and seeing this one i had to have a look.
Apart from the error in the listing regarding the spout filling i am very pleased. My previous kettle wasn't a filter kettle and now i can see the difference. there is or was a advert on TV showing the difference and it does do what they say the tea is clearer and has no scum on the top. Also for a 3kw fast boil it's quite. There is probably quieter ones on the market, although this is quite enough.
When you pour, the water goes where you want not over the work top.
The last thing i would like to comment on is the look of the kettle, my kitchen is stainless steel but stainless steel kettles need to be wiped and cleaned regularly so i decided to go for plastic, the kettle looks the part and as the spout doesn't dribble there is no need to keep wiping the outside.
Whilst i have only had this for a short while I am pleased and am confident that others will be too..
