Summary: Fun game, let down by poor framerates!
Comment: This is no doubt an excellent game. It is worthy of this, because people who love tactical action, fast paced, along with good graphics, then this game is for you.

But the main problem why I marked it down to 3 stars, was because of the poor framerates. I would typically get between 15-20 frames per second. Toning the graphics to low doesn't make any noticable difference. I can typically run Crysis on medium settings, and get about 20 frames per second. I can also run Bioshock with full graphics settings, and get 25-40 frames.

I know my PC isn't exactly the best in the business, but it is good enough to play some of the latest games, and it should be able to crunch through this game with ease, but it seems as though it is a game issue that makes it acquire such a poor fps.

Summary: More of the same
Comment: This could of just been an update, nothing new in terms of graphics so if you've being playing Cod4 Vegas looks dated even though it's newer. More of the same, nothing new, boring, can't be bothered to play it, lucky to get 2 stars.

Summary: better then first on online play only
Comment: i have to say i like this game alot for its online play it beats the first so easy, i can make a game easy i can join a game easy and the co op is so much better in this game all apart from the story mode co op only 2 players in this version wich is a shame. the story mode isnt as good as the first game but it makes up for it in online play.the weapons and ranking system is a really welcomed change.

all in all good fun but dont buy this game for the story mode its not as good

Summary: It kills time
Comment: Okay, I have a high end PC capable of running any of todays games without any issues. R6V2 does not require a high end PC, the graphics are a good few years out of date, BUT.....this should not put you off buying this game. I did not play the first installment of Vegas, so I have no idea if it is better or worse. What I will say is it tremendous fun to run around, shoot a few terrorists, command a couple of (sometimes stupid) guys and really immerse yourself in an action packed game. The graphics, although dated are STILL very good. It has some minor faults but they shouldnt put you off. I dont find the checkpoint system (instead of a quick save) too bad because the checkpoints happen almost every two minutes, so it is not like you have to conquer the last 2 hours all over again. I recommend this game to all action fans. P.S. I am 34 and have played almost every game that ever came out, this is a good game.

Summary: Not as "Vegas-y" as the first game.
Comment: I am running the game at Max settings at 1900*1200 resolution with no frame rate issues, constant 60fps+

I am a great fan of Vegas 1, and GRAW1+2 please bare that in mind when reading this review.

Great game, previous reviewers said there are many glitches in the game, I personally have not noticed these glitches so I can not say for certain they don't exist.

The game has less brightly coloured purple, gold and red casino levels as the vegas 1 did. Instead making room for different levels such as the MLG Conference which is a nice idea. The graphical quality is very similar, some textures are bland, such as your own body armer. It would have been better to have been able to have higher resolution textures on your character. But this only applies to a few body armers available.

Gameplay is the same as Vegas 1 with a few minor extras. The game is as is as good and as fun as the Vegas 1 also.

The Reviewer complaining about difficulty and "AI cheating" on Normal, might be new to the franchise, and for myself is not in anyway as annoying as the reviewer makes it out to be. Checkpoints are as frequent as Halo's!

Multiplayer online is fantastic and bags of fun, in paticular the terrorist hunts.

I was tempted to give this an overall 4/5 because of the reduction in bright lights levels, but I figured Vegas 2 would have been too similar and in fact dull for those who have already played the 1st Vegas.

I have found it more enjoyable than Call of Duty 4, though many would probably disagree. Each to their own.
