Comment: We've just ordered our third one of these. The flat-packed kit is well-made, well-packed, and comes with crystal clear assembly instructions. We bought the first two units expecting them to be a cheap and nasty temporary solution to our book and DVD storage problems, but realised when we'd built them and loaded them with books that they will do fine for the long-term. They look better in the flesh than in the photos on Amazon. Unlike some kits, these don't seem to come with any spare fasteners, so be careful not to lose any. Also, there are four slightly longer screws supplied for the feet which you need to be careful not to use in place of the shorter variety earlier in the construction!
Obviously this isn't museum quality furniture, but for the money I would say don't bother looking anywhere else for bookshelves!
