Summary: Same prolems as with version 14
Comment: I have previously purchased Turbocad 14 Deluxe and was very disappointed with its 3D modelling capabilities (You may be able to read my review on Amazon). Now that version 15 is available I downloaded a two week trial version which is fully functional from the TC website. I wanted to see if there was any good reason for buying the latest version.
Having used it I found that it still has pretty much the same limitations as the previous version. The program is a cut down version of Turbocad "Pro" and if you want to do any serious 3D modelling and some other operations you have to buy that much more expensive version. This is made clear by consulting the help file. Time and again the pages have the legend "Available in TurboCAD Pro only".
I didn't try all the features like some of the architectural tools and some people may find it suits their needs but my advice is as from my previous review :- get the trial version and then decide if it is worth buying.

Comment: I've been using this for a few years now and upgraded to the new version to get some of the new features - I'm pleased with it, and whilst its not instantly intuitive (show me some CAD program that is!), its much better than other products I have used - and it does depend what you use it for. If you're looking for simple CAD software this isnt the best product, but the reason is that it has so many advanced features for a really decent price.

Comment: This is the most disappointing thing I have ever bought from Amazon. I am a BSc(Hons)in Business Information Systems and I have been using computers at work for over twenty years. This is one of the least intuitive programs I have ever used. The help files are thin and frankly unhelpful. I think this will gather dust or I may punt it out on ebay - mind you, that would be unfair to ebayers!
I had to give it one star, the system would not let me give it none.
